Adding Additional Users To Your Account

Sometimes, you want to add additional users who will help you create and edit assessments, and do other things.

In this post we’ll show you how you add other people to your account.

Note: At this time, additional users cannot add more users, nor can they access your billing and other information.

We’ll outline the below 3 steps:

  1. Log into Evalinator and go to your profile page
  2. Add a new user by specifying their name and email address
  3. If they haven’t already, they will get an email to register and activate their user account.

And now these additional users will have access to your assessments. You may add more than 1 user to help you manage your account.

Step 1: Accessing Your Profile

Log into Evalinator, and access your profile screen on top right hand corner of the page.


Step 2: Add an Additional User

On your profile page there is a section to manage your account users.

Simply enter their name and email address, and click “Add Member”.

And that’s it.

Your new user will get an email to create and activate their account. Once they login using their account, they will automatically have access to your assessments.
